Article 1 — Who we are
Torchley is operated by Wuhan Jiayaoyuan Hardware Co., Ltd., registered office: Shop 10, 1st Floor, Unit 1, Central Commercial Building B, Zone 10, Poly Xinyu, No. 2 Yezhichao South Road, Hongshan Street, Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China. Article 2 — Information we collect
We collect what you type into checkout and contact forms (name, email, delivery address, phone, hide and waist notes), order history, and technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We do not ask for payment-card numbers; those stay with the payment processor. WhatsApp messages, if you write to us there, also sit with Meta under their terms.
Article 3 — How we use it
We use the information to cut the hide you chose, pack and ship the piece, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, keep accounts, and prepare CITES paperwork where a destination requires it. We do not sell lists of buyers.
Article 4 — Cookies
Essential cookies keep a bag and a session. Analytics cookies, if enabled, tell us which pieces are opened. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the browser; the shop still works.
Article 5 — Sharing
We share data with carriers, with the payment processor, with hosting, with hide-document brokers when export papers are required, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not share with advertisers.
Article 6 — Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by tax, CITES and consumer law. Enquiry mail and WhatsApp threads are kept only as long as the conversation is live, then archived or deleted.
Article 7 — Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and you may object to marketing. Write to miniperfume8053@gmail.com.
Article 8 — Contact
Privacy desk: miniperfume8053@gmail.com · telephone / WhatsApp +86 173 3574 0656. We aim to reply within ten working days.
