Returns
A fixture may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled, and in the original crate with all packing.
Article 1 — The fourteen-day window
The clock starts the day you (or a neighbour who signed) receive the crate. Write to returns@torchley.com before the fourteenth day.
Article 2 — What we will not take back
Fixtures that have been hardwired, clipped, or otherwise installed. Paper lanterns with soiled shades. Items returned without the crate or with missing hardware. Sale goods marked as final.
Article 3 — How to send it
We will issue a return label or an address. You pack as we packed. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the fixture was faulty or not as described.
Article 4 — Refunds
Once we inspect the crate we refund the product price to the original method, usually within ten working days of receipt.
Article 5 — Faults
If metalwork, glass, or the driver fails in ordinary use during the warranty period, we repair or replace. That path is separate from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
