Returns

14 days, unused

Return unused pieces in the dust bag within 14 days of delivery. The hide card must still be with the piece.

Made to order

Once we cut your hide, that choice is final. We will not restock a cut skin as a standard return.

Faults

Stitching or hardware faults are repaired free for the life of the piece. Email miniperfume8053@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 173 3574 0656 with a photo.

How to start

Write with your order number. We send a return label for unused stock pieces; made-to-order faults are repaired, not refunded, unless the hide itself is defective.
