Torchley crates every fixture. Nothing leaves the house loose in a poly bag.
Article 1 — Dispatch
Most of the line leaves in four to seven working days. Arc lamps and linear pendants may take five to nine. You receive a tracking number when the crate is collected.
Article 2 — Territory
We ship internationally where the carrier will take a crate of this size. Duties and import tax, if any, are yours at the border.
Article 3 — Inspection
Open the crate on arrival. Photograph any crushed corner before you discard packing. Write within three days if glass or metal has travelled badly.
Article 4 — Failed delivery
If an address is incomplete the carrier will hold the crate. Storage after the free window is charged to the order.
