Article 1 — Are the fixtures dimmable?
Yes, unless a listing says otherwise. Desk and touch lamps dim on the fixture. Pendants and sconces dim with a compatible wall dimmer once a qualified electrician has wired them.
Article 2 — What colour is the light?
Warm amber, specified as 2700K. We do not ship cool-white modules.
Article 3 — Can I install a pendant myself?
Only if you are a qualified electrician. Hardwired pieces are sold as fixtures, not as DIY kits.
Article 4 — Do you hold stock?
The line is small. If a SKU is listed as in stock we crate it in four to seven working days. If a piece is delayed we write before we take the crate to the carrier.
Article 5 — Voltage?
Drivers are specified for the destination at checkout. If your country uses a different mains voltage, say so in the order note.
